Convicts trial walling under the Old Northern Road

A view of walling supporting Old Northern Road, Wisemans Ferry, NSW, Australia. This walling, 200 meters long and up to 2.75 meters (6 courses high) was built in 1828-9 by convicts working in leg irons.
